Anime With Unique Plots

Anime makes up about 60% of the animation works worldwide. Needless to say even a life-long otaku can't watch even a half of the tons of anime out there. But we otakus face some discomfort because of this fact.

Have you ever watched an anime but can't help relate it to others? Have you ever experienced a sense of déjà-vu while viewing an anime? 

This is a common concern in the manga\anime community. Most anime seem related, sharing a common plot or similar character background etcetera etcetera. So, I decided to share a selection of these anime with a totally unique and uncopied plot, single in their kind.

Here we go!!

1.Assassination Classroom

You can flip through your mind however you want but there is not a chance you can find something similar. This is an anime which combines difficulties in school life and assassination all at once. Strongly recommended!

2.Danganronpa

I already mentioned this in my previous posts. Definitely a must-watch! This anime makes you feel like some mini-Sherlock Holmes. Murder. Drama. Angst. Not your typical school life anime.

3.Dororo

This is a 1969 anime whose animation has been re-done afresh in 2019 but little details changed from the original version. True, it is composed mostly of classic shonen fights but what renders this manga/anime so special is the background of the main protagonist, Hyakkimaru. If you've got a heart, get ready to cry.

4.Death Note

This is the anime which merits its place here the most and so by far. How to quit from a goody student to a mass murderer, Light Yagami knows it all. If you still haven't layed your eyes on this then I'm saddened to inform you that you're two centuries late.

5.Dr. Stone

This is a 2019 blockbuster, a pure mix of science with a slice of humour. An unprecedented scenario and unusual characters combined with the educative properties of this anime renders it refreshing to watch. I can guarantee you will get hooked after a few episodes.

6.Erased

This anime will leave you senseless to the last episode. Suspense through and through. The beginning may off you but if you get through the first minutes, I guarantee you, you'll love it. It is worth watching.

7.The Promised Neverland

This anime made its breakthrough recently and is one of the most appreciated for 2019-2020. It is a deep psychological and puzzling walkthrough. If you are akin to horror, suspense and reflexion then you have everything to gain by watching this. 

NB: One fact I particularly love about Promised Neverland as well as Erased is the complete investment of kids/young children in the scenario. 

8.Attack On Titans

Next to Death Note, SNK is at home on this list. There's only one wording I can use to describe this anime: AWESOME! and even that is not enough. This anime basically has everything; the scenario, the characters, the plot... every single little thing. Impatiently waiting for the finale.
